Key Recruiting Weekend on Tap
- Updated: September 18, 2014

News and notes prior to a big recruiting weekend in Providence.
1. 2015 Virginia point guard Justin Robinson is set to visit Providence this weekend, and he won’t be alone. 2015 commits Ryan Fazekas and Drew Edwards will be there to accompany him.
Craig Belhumeur caught up with Fazekas earlier this week, while I spoke with Edwards’ coach earlier in September and featured the guard in our first “15 in 40” story.
Here is a look at Robinson:
2. Memphis guard LeGerald Vick is scheduled to visit PC at the end of the month. Alabama, Cincinnati and Georgia Tech have also offered.
3. Pat Lawless of GiveandGoBasketball reported that Providence has offered shot blocking 2016 big man Eddie Ekiyor, who will play at New Hampton Prep this season.
PC also offered 6’8 2017 prospect Jarrod Simmons according to his AAU team, Expressions Elite.
4. In case you missed it, ESPN’s Jeff Goodman reports that Kris Dunn has been cleared for full contact practices.
5. Adrian Wojnarowski went on the offensive, taking on Coach K and the advantages that Woj sees the Duke head man is gettingĀ from his position with the program.

Very good blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a
free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There
are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed ..
Any tips? Bless you!
