Dunn a Finalist for Cousy Award

kris_dunn3

It was announced this morning that PC’s Kris Dunn is a finalist for the Bob Cousy Award, which is given to the best point guard in the country each year. This season Dunn is averaging 15.6 points, 7.4 assists, 5.7 rebounds and 2.8 steals a contest. Those stats are good enough to place Dunn 5th in the Big East in scoring, as well as first in both assistsĀ and steals per game.

Nationally, Dunn’s 7.6 assists per game rank fourth.

In his first season fully healthy, Dunn has certainly put together a year worthy of national attention and it’s beginning to come in quickly.
