.@Cartwright_2014 on Emmitt Holt: “It fills a void in our heart. Every day, we had his jersey hanging in the locker. Just seeing it hurt, knowing he’s working his butt off to get back to the guys. Everyone is filled with joy now that he’s back.” #PCBB #Friars

Ed Cooley on Emmitt Holt: “To have him back on MLK Day, that’s Divine Providence. Having him that locker room was a dream for all our players. He uplifted us. You want to talk about the right timing, the right school, the right fit … that kid is special #PCBB #Friars

The drive to 10 Big East wins is now at 4 through 6 games. 12 more chances to get at least 6 more wins. Seems do-able for the Friars #pcbb

Love what Cooley does with these kids…helping them make adjustments along the way and feel good playing for each other. Their energy and aggressiveness yesterday, especially on D sets the tone. They got a little sleepy midway through the second half that made me nervous. Cartwright and Cooley kept them moving. Love how they work to the end. Let’s keep it going Friars. Believe!
