Also of note, XU’s Trevon Bluiett averages 19 ppg; Macura averages 13 ppg. Today, Bluiett had 12 & Mecura 9. Importance of corralling top scorers, which we wrote about 2day: https://t.co/eaKJg30HAS

Providence has been such a strange team this season, summed up by the last two weeks. Win at St. John's by 22, lose by 19 to Creighton, lose at home to Marquette, beat Xavier by nine.

PC has its signature win of the season. Huge victory for the Friars over #5 Xavier, 81-72.
First home win over a top five team for PC since 2009 (#1 Pitt).
And it moves Providence to 2-2 in the BIG EAST. #pcbb @ABC6

Who does that ref think he is! He was not only wrong but he acted as though he was swearing or out of control. They teach the refs and player to ignore the fans. I guess this must of been his first game outside cyo. Best part the producer was dead right
