Kevin McNamara of The Providence Journal provides Friar fans with a much-needed hoop fix, as he caught up with Ed Cooley in the 401 Podcast. In the roughy 25 minute interview, Cooley talks about his conversations regarding the Michigan opening, why the recruiting class of 2020 is the most important of his tenure at PC, the upcoming Pan Am Games, and his thoughts on some of the newcomers to the program. It’s well worth a listen.

What an outstanding article, thank you for climbing this issue.
Being profoundly assured that a lot of folks would
talk about your perspectives, and I showed your writing to a close friend of mine.
And that’s when the arguments began… We’ve got different views but,
obviously, no matter, be it only something routine or genuinely
important, should destroy a true friendship. In my humble view,
which certainly has the right to exist, the
next purpose you’ve made cannot be questioned.
