It was an emotional night in Friartown as Kris Dunn played his final game in front of the Providence College faithful on ‘Senior Night’. Following the game I caught up with both Dunn and Ed Cooley. Those interviews are below.

    My hubby and I are BOTH way too connected technology wise. Most nights you can find him sitting on one end of the couch, me on the other end, him on his Ipad, me on my laptop, and our Iphones right next to us. It’s bad. But, we’re both totally content when we have our devices, so I guess as long as we’re happy that’s all that matters?

    Ok. The food coma sounded great…like something DAPGF and I would do. The pai-gow coma sounds evil. I’ve been stuck at pai-gow, but never that bad. Crack your 34 and your straight? I’ve had the str8 cracked before, but not teh top as well. Sheesh. GL on getting unstuck!

    Why isn’t anything about HTTP flags not covered by SAP itself. This is a serious issue on SAP Enterprise Portal. After reading your blog, our team did some investigation and we found it legitimate and we were seriously shocked. These issues never come across unless you keep your eyes and ears open. Thank you so much for highlighting this issue. We have now resolved the same on our corporate SAP Portal. Excellent Work. Mark

    I think a distinction between “good as adequate prose” vs. “bad as gosh-awful flatfooted labored impossible-to-read-through prose” and “good as gleaming lapidary language” vs. “bad as mediocre workmanlike prose” is useful. “Eye of Argon” and Atlanta Nights are bad prose, but prose that passes the workmanlike bar really does get into a matter of taste.(Indeed, I have recently on the matter. Amazing how the web can pass around ideas for riffs.)
