Rodney Bulluck leads the Friars with 33 points and 19 rebounds.
ROME, Italy – The Providence College Friars men’s basketball team played its third and final game of its summer tour in Italy as it defeated Tiber Basket, 129-42, in Rome on Tuesday, August 19. The Friars were led by freshman Rodney Bullock (Hampton, Va.), who scored 33 points and grabbed 19 rebounds. He was 12-22 from the field.
Freshman guard Kyron Cartwright (Compton, Calif.) came off the bench to play 30 minutes of action. He contributed with 21 points, 11 assists and six rebounds, while shooting 7-8 from the field. Sophomore Junior Lomomba (Montreal, Quebec) also scored 20 points and recorded 12 rebounds in 35 minutes of play.
The Friars will return home on Friday, August 22.
