Josh Fortune Transferring

Kevin McNammar is reporting in the Providence Journal that junior shooting guard Josh Fortune is looking to transfer from Providence College. According to Kevin it is unclear where Fortune wants to jump to but he’d reportedly like to play closer to his home in Virginia.
With the graduation of Bryce Cotton Josh Fortune was counted on to be the Friars’ best outside scoring threat next year. Now with Fortune transferring the Friars will look to junior Tyler Harris and freshman Jalen Lindsey to provide an outside scoring threat. Providence will now also recruit another shooting guard for next year’s team.
