3. Christian Presbyterian forward Braxton Blackwell is one of Providence College’s primary recruiting targets for the Class of 2016. Here is a very nice article on the former teammate of future Friar Jalen Lindsey.
4. Blomberg News did a very interesting in depth article on one of the top New England Prep Schools, Northfield Mount Hermon. Friar recruits Josh Sharma and Aaron Falzon are current members of the NMH team.
5. Bryce Cotton was named to the US Basketball Writers Association All District Team.
Bonus: Paschal Chukwu’s Fairfield Prep team won their first round matchup in the Connecticut Class LL tournament.
Bonus 2: The field has been announced in the Dick’s Sporting Goods National High School Tournament taking place in New York City starting on April 3rd. Seven of the top eight teams in the USA Today Super 25 Boys Basketball Rankings will be participating, including Jalen Lindsey’s Huntington Prep team.
