Here are links to five topics of interest that Friar fans will find interesting, including several recaps of last night’s game against Georgetown.
1. Here are several previews of last night’s game against the Hoyas.
Wonder what Georgetown fans are saying about the game? You can check here. Of course you can always see what PC fans are saying at Scoutfriars.com, friartownhoopproboards.com, Friarbasketball.com forums, and at Friarbasketball.com’s Facebook page.
2. Here is the Friars Journal from the Projo.
3. There is a big game tonight at Schneider Arena as the nationally 9th ranked PC Men’s Hockey team takes on the UConn Huskies at 7:00 pm. This is a huge game as the Friars head down the stretch to the Hockey East playoffs and the NCAA tournament. Last time I checked there were some tickets available. Call 401-865-GOPC for more ticket information.
4. It looks like Depaul will still be shorthanded when they play the Friars on Saturday as their leading scorer Cleveland Melvin has left the program.
5. Despite suffering two straight road losses PC is still hanging in there on Joe Lunardi’s latest bracket. There is still definitely time for the Friars to regroup (and having a couple of home games coming up won’t hurt either).
