New to FBC: Providence vs Cincinnati Remix (video)
- Updated: February 8, 2013
Trying to do something a little different with video, I created this video recap of Providence’s 54-50 win over Cincinnati. This four minute video highlights the key players and sequences with commentary from Ed Cooley leading into the various clips.
Featured in the video:
- Lee Goldsbrough’s early impact (Cooley: “I can’t say enough about Lee”)
- Bryce Cotton breaking the game open with nine quick points
- Kadeem Batts’s huge night (check out his pursuit of the final offensive rebound – he comes from the top of the key to snare it under the hoop – great effort from Batts)
- Perhaps PC’s best defensive stand of the season came with under two minutes to play
- Vincent Council’s big late shot gave the Friars breathing room, and
- Batts sealing the game at the line (Cooley’s commentary on Batts’s free throw shooting on the night draws a laugh)
My hope is to give Friar fans insight into Cooley’s press conferences and video of the game’s key moments.
