PC vs. Xavier Highlights
- Updated: January 6, 2018
The Friars picked up their first marquee win of the season, beating #5 Xavier 81-72 at the Dunk. After the gut-wrenching giveaway loss to Marquette, it was the bounce back that Cooley and company so desperately needed.
Leading the way for Providence was Kyron Cartwright, with a team-high 19 points, 9 assists and 4 steals.
The biggest difference-maker this afternoon was Isaiah Jackson. He was involved in seemingly every big play, scoring 18 with 6 boards and 3 assists, including a perfect 8-8 from the FT stripe.
