Highlights: Jared Bynum Scores 19 vs. URI

Jared Bynum Philadelphia Inquirer

Jared Bynum transferred from St. Joe’s to Providence this past spring, and he’ll have to sit out the upcoming season.

Bynum had a solid freshman season for the Hawks, averaging over 11 points and four assists per game. One of his best games of the year came against URI, when Bynum shot 6-9 from the field and finished with 19 points, seven assists, and just one turnover in 42 minutes. Rhode Island won the game in overtime, but Bynum was impressive.

Friarbasketball.com will have more highlights of returning and new players in the weeks leading up to the start of the regular season.
