Preseason Coverage Blowout
- Updated: November 8, 2013
The long-awaited, highly-anticipated open of the 2013-’14 season is just hours away. It’s truly a new era in Providence basketball with a realigned conference, the television deal with Fox, and high expectations for Ed Cooley’s Friars.
In the weeks leading up to the season we tried to provide expansive coverage of the Friars, with podcasts featuring Dick Vitale, Bill Raftery, Andy Katz, John Rooke, Jon Rothstein, Bob Driscoll, Ed Cooley, Bob Walsh, and player interviews.
Our “15 in 40” series took a look at the key story lines heading into this year, and we created a series of videos to further build excitement for Friar fans.
We also had interviews with PC commits Ben Bentil, Paschal Chukwu and Ryan Fazekas.
If you’re new to the site, or missed any of this content throughout the summer or fall, it can be found below.
It’s going to be a thrilling year in Friartown, and we appreciate you reading our site.
